About TACT-2
Therapeutic Aggression Control Techniques has been used by more than 8,000 staff members in 12 states since its conception in 1994. The preventative and verbal intervention techniques are based on solid theories and principles of child and adolescent development, and include concepts originating in the work of Drs. William Glasser, Nicholas Long, and Haim Ginnott. The physical techniques, always a last resort in crisis intervention, have been designed with the expert assistance of martial artists and wrestling coaches to be as safe and simple as possible.
